| 摘 要： | 残疾人作为弱势群体的一个特殊组成部分，理应受到整个社会的关注。本文分析了美国公共图书馆残疾人服务政策及实践，结合目前我国公共图书馆残疾人服务现状，指出其对我国图书馆今后开展面向残疾人群的服务工作具有重要的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The disabled people, being a special part of vulnerable groups, should receive more attention from the whole society. This paper analyzes American public libraries' service policies and practices, as well as the present service situation of this aspect in China. The paper also points out that all these give us much advice on our libraries' services to disabled people in the future. |
