| Abstract: | County level ibrary has expanded its network construction to the rural. The county level library should strengthen its own construction and bear functions of the center library, and should play a leading role in accelerating the realization of information services covering both urban and rural areas, protecting peasants basic cultural rights and interests. At this point, the author makes some discussion combined with the actual work. |
