| Abstract: | The development history of medical and health literature novelty assessment institutions in Chinese PLA was described followed by an analysis of their current situation and problems with suggestions put forward for their solution , such as attaching importance to the training of persons engaged in medical and health literature novelty assess-ment, optimizing resource development , and carrying out inspection and assessment . |
