| 摘 要： | 通过分析自建数据库、开放存取文库、在线图书这三类新型信息资源的类别、获取方式及可能涉及的知识产权问题，探讨了网络信息资源的知识产权保护，提出了加强网络版权法建设、引入技术手段等增强知识产权保护的建议。

| Abstract: | The protection of intellectual property rights for information resources on internet was studied by analy-zing the types of information resources covered in library itself-developed database, OA database and online books, their access methods and involvement of intellectual property rights, and suggestions were put forward for enforcing the protection of intellectual property rights by establishing copyright law for information resources on internet and introducing advanced technologies. |
