| 摘 要： | 概述了我国医院图书馆开展学科馆员制度的现状，阐述了医院图书馆学科馆员制度建立的必要性，提出了建立医务人员信息个性化服务系统、开展个性化的深层次文献服务、充分发挥学科馆员在建设适应读者个性化需求的馆藏文献资源中的作用、为医务人员提供信息检索技能指导和培训等学科馆员开展个性化服务的几项措施。

| Abstract: | The status quo of subject librarian system implementation in hospital libraries of China was briefed, and the necessity of establishing such a system in hospital libraries of Chin was discussed. Certain measures were put forward for improving personalized service in hospital libraries, including establishing a personalized infor- mation service system for medical staff, carrying out deeper personalized information service, bringing subject librarians into full play in development of library holdings that can meet the requirement of readers, helping medical staff improve their information retrieval techniques, and training subject librarians. |
