美国信息素养评价标准的比较研究

摘    要:将美国的《高等教育信息素养能力标准》、《科学、工程与技术领域信息素养标准》和《人类学与社会学学生信息素养标准》3套学科信息素养标准与《高等教育信息素养能力标准》(通用)从依存关系、框架设计、成果指标3个方面进行了比较,指出了在制定学科标准时必须将信息素养教育目标与专业学科教育目标有效结合,并反映出学科特色;尽量运用实例对指标进行解释说明,以便于理解;必须适应信息素养教育的要求,拓展教学内容,改革教学方式,以更好地提升学生信息素养。

Abstract:After the Information Literacy Competency Standards for Higher Education, Information Literacy Competency Standards for Science, Engineering and Technology, Information Literacy Competency Standards for Anthropology and Sociology, and General Information Literacy Competency Standards for Higher Education were compared in terms of their interdependent relation, framework designs and achievement indications, the authors pointed out that, in working out the standards for subjects, the education target of information literacy must be corn- bined with those of specialized subjects, with the characteristics of subjects reflected, the indications explained with examples, the demands for information literacy education met, the education contents expanded and the teaching methods reformed, in order to improve the information literacy level of students.
