| Abstract: | In recent years, the rapid development of information technology and the increasing requirements for the management of science and technology museums have made it crucial for science and technology museums to adopt advanced information technology methods such as big data, to innovate more personalized services. This is essential to better understand and meet visitors'' needs, and to improve the management and service capabilities of science and technology museums. In this article, the big data analysis platform of the China Science and Technology Museum is used as an example to illustrate how to solve the problem of accurate positioning issues within the venue by monitoring mobile terminal signals. The study uses the operator''s big data to realize the visitor flow statistics, visitor portraits and behavior analysis in the museum, providing a reference for the intelligent application of big data in science popularization venues. |
