| 摘 要： | 在总结国外数字图书馆建设的思路和技术路线基础上，根据不同的建设层次，对我国现有数字图书馆的建设模式进行详细分析，指出诸如元数据、数字化资源采集/存储/传输、中文处理、产权保护、经营管理等数字图书馆建设中存在的问题和解决方法。最后从社会学、信息学和信息技术学角度探讨了数字图书馆建设模式的功能、相关标准及实施方案等。

| Abstract: | The developmental trend of digital libraries in the loreign countries is explored together with their trait of thought and technical route. Based on the construction at deferent levels, the existing construction model of digital libraries in China were analyzed in detail according to the factors such as metadata, digitized resource, information collection/storage/transmission, Chinese language procession, copyright protection and business management, that are found during the construction of digital libraries. The construction model of digital libraries in China was reviewed with knowledge of sociology, information theory and information technology, so as to clarify their functions, work out their standard and plan for implementation. |
