| Abstract: | This paper discusses the challenge of information times to libraries as well as the necessity and stress of libraries marching towards information industry .It also points out that problem of money shortage is the big obstruction of public libraries marching towards information industry and introduces a series of attempts that the Yan Jici Library has done. |
