| 摘 要： | 介绍了国外对于数字版权问题的观点、做法, 阐述了对数字化图书馆版权问题的观点, 即在法律上首先应对数字的复制概念作出具体的界定第二必须明确图书馆合理使用的范围第三如果要向读者提供数字化作品的拷贝, 必须经过版权人的授权。在技术上也应该在现有条件下, 采取有效的措施防止侵权。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the viewpoints and practice about copyright problem in digital libraries abroad. It also clarifies our views; first,it must limit the conception of digital copy; second, it must clear the definition of fair use in libraries; third, it must be authorized if the library provides the reader with digital copy. On the other hand, we must use technique methods to prevent the copyright violation. |
