| 摘 要： | 针对当前图书馆FAQ系统功能单一的现状,简单介绍基于开源KBPublisher内容管理软件构建图书馆个性化FAQ系统的流程,详细介绍通过二次开发解决开源软件不支持中文检索以及如何集成第三方应用的方法,实现集成实时参考咨询工具、网站访问统计且功能丰富的本地化FAQ系统。

| Abstract: | For the current problem that FAQ has a single function,this article introduces how to construct a FAQ system based on KBPublisher,and describes how to resolve the issues that open-source software does not support searching in Chinese and how to integrate third-party applications through secondary development of the KBPublisher.Finally,it realizes a feature-rich local FAQ system which integrates real-time reference tools and Web access statistics. |
