| 摘 要： | 介绍本体在知识检索中的作用,对语义网规则语言（SWRL）和Protégé-OWL API的使用进行详细介绍，利用Protégé-OWL API和SWRL实现本体概念的推理操作。通过领域本体进行实验，对结果进行分析，为进一步应用提供参考。

| Abstract: | The role of Ontologies in knowledge retrieval is presented. The following subsections detailedly describe the usage of SWRL(Semantic Web Rule Language) and Protégé-OWL API , as well as give a presentation about implementation of reasoning based on Ontologies. The paper concludes with a discussion on test results and outlines of future work. |
