| 摘 要： | 信息共享空间作为一种新型的服务模式正逐步被各高校图书馆所采纳，其绩效的评估也日益引起人们的重视。根据平衡计分卡的理论，针对高校图书馆的实际情况构建信息共享空间绩效评估指标体系模型，并应用专家调查法和层次分析法对各指标权重进行确定和分配，从而形成一套完善的信息共享空间绩效评估指标体系。

| Abstract: | A new service model called information commons emerges in university libraries,and more and more people pay attention to the performance evaluation for it.This paper designs the performance evaluation indicators system model of information commons on current condition of university libraries with balanced score card,and assigns rational weight to the indicators based on Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). |
