| 摘 要： | 基于Intranet、Internet 和W eb 技术的人员或机构间协同工作环境已成为现代信息系统基础设施的重要组成部分。然而, 现有的许多图书馆管理信息系统仍旧是基于数据库、面向具体业务任务、相对独立的信息系统。随着社会的发展, 建设协同工作环境下的图书馆管理信息系统是当前图书馆自动化建设的重要任务。本文讨论适于协同工作环境的工作流管理技术及其在图书馆管理上的应用。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, support for inter-personal or inter-organizational cooperation based on Intranet, Internet and Web technologies has become an essential part of modern information systems infrastructure. In the past, computer-assisted library management has focused on the development of task-oriented information systems on the basis of databases. With the advances of information and communication technologies, continuous organizational reforms as well as the increasing complexity in library management,it becomes an important present task to provide overall support to business processes and process- based coordination. The paper discusses workflow technology that is pertinent to business process management, and the application there of in library management. |
