| 摘 要： | 文章将面板数据Panel Data应用于信息资源的测度，从原理、方法、实例等方面进行详细阐述，试验证明Panel Data能够提供更多信息、更少共线性、更多自由度和更高效率。在对全国31个省市面板数据搜集整理的基础上，分析了资本、劳动力、信息资源对经济增长的贡献。估计结果显示，劳动力弹性最高，其次是资本，最后是信息资源，我国的经济增长是规模报酬不变的经济增长。

| Abstract: | This paper attests that panel data can provide more information,less multicollinearity,more freedom degree and more efficiency from principles,methods,examples in information resource fields.Adopting panel data of the 31 provinces in China,this paper assesses the contribution of capital,labor and information resource to economic growth,among which the elasticity of labor versus output is the highest which is followed by capital elasticity,while the elasticity of information resource is the lowest of the three. |
