| 摘 要： | 数字图书馆自90 年代后半期起, 已成为信息界重要的研究课题, 也成为图书馆发展的重要目标。由于电子出版、资料数字化、网络、多媒体技术等的发展与普及, 使得数字图书馆俨然成为一种全民运动, 是每一种学科领域都会加入的。本文从数字图书馆的定义, 资源建设中所面临的问题及解决办法等角度入手, 试图勾勒出21 世纪数字图书馆的发展趋势。
