| 摘 要： | 参考咨询工作是图书馆工作中最具创造性、最能体现图书馆员增值劳动的工作。随着网络应用的普及，参考咨询工作已经发展到网络实时方式。本文重点介绍了实时参考咨询系统的几个方面的内容：系统分类、系统功能以及实时参考咨询系统的一些重要特性和问题。
