| 摘 要： | 目前, 在我国科技信息网络系统的建设中, 以地域为中心的地方科技信息网络建设发展迅速。本文介绍了区域性科技网络建设的概况和特点, 提出了区域性科技信息网络的定位研究。对通信网络平台、系统硬软件平台、数据库平台、信息资源开发和区域性科技信息网络系统的建设提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | Recently,the construction of regional science and technology information networks that are located in certain areas is developing rapidly during the building of our country s science and technology information networks.This paper has summarized the outlines and characteristics of construction on the regional science and technology information networks and location of this kind of networks.This work gives a good reference to the communication network platform, the system hardware and software platform,the database platform , the development of information resources, and the construction of regional science and technology infrmation networks. |
