| 摘 要： | 为了解决中国化学文献数据库(CCDOC) 的建库时差和数据库质量问题, 我们研制了一个在微机 WINDOWS 环境下运行的机助标引软件, 并用该软件建立了微机机助标引系统。本文为总论部分, 论述了软件研制的意义、软件的功能以及机助标引系统的建立对我们目前进行的自由词标引- 后控规范工作带来的益处, 并简述了系统的发展方向。

| Abstract: | A computer aided indexing system for CCDOC (Chinese Chemical Docum ent) database is introduced in this paper. The system is designed to improve the effi ciency to set up the database and the quality of the database. It works under Microsoft Wi ndows (version 3.1), therefore it is portable and has a friendly interface. As an intr oduction, this paper focuses on functions of the system, the benefits it brings to the on going work of post control indexing. Finally the further development of the system is discussed. |
