| 摘 要： | 对网络环境下图书馆应用软件的功能和性能要求提出一些基本认识, 包括基本原则、基本要求和图书馆配置应用软件需要注意的问题等三部分, 基本要求则包括保留并扩展原有功能、增加网络信息咨询和信息检索功能和向数字图书馆过渡的新功能三个方面。
