| Abstract: | The authors used the theory of Information Resource Management (IRM) to manage electronic journal resource on the Web. Considering the needs of users, the authors constructed the Internet-based biomedical electronic resource insure system with the function of management and retrieve. By analyzing and evaluating this system,they discussed the scientific management of electronic journal resource. |
