摘    要:对网络资源评价指标相关文献的内容进行调研,初步拟定指标体系,并通过调查表的方法初步评价该体系。应用人工神经网络软件及统计学方法处理调查表数据,对网络资源评价指标中词频赋权的意义进行研究和分析,实现网络资源一级评价指标体系的重构。

Abstract:This paper aims to rebuild the index system of evaluating Internet resources by artificial neural networks.Indicators and their frequency are studied out primarily by searching related articles,Original and weighted grade tables are obtained by questionnaire,Statistica Neural Networks(SNN) and SPSS are used to deal with the data,and the first-degree target system of evaluating Internet resources is achieved successfully.
