| 摘 要： | 针对网络信息资源的评价现状，阐明对定性指标进行定量评价的必要性，给出网络信息资源有效性评价指标体系的层次结构模型，运用BP神经网络算法对其进行有效性评价，并通过仿真结果分析，证明其可行性与有效性。

| Abstract: | In terms of evaluation actuality of network information resource, the paper expatiates the necessity of quantitative evaluation of qualitative indexes, and constructs the layer structure model of validity evaluation index system of network information resource. The paper also evaluates it availably by BP neural network algorithm, and proves its feasibility and validity by analyzing of simulation result. |
