| 摘 要： | 引言部分阐述了开发网络信息资源管理系统的意义。正文前两部分展示了本系统的结构框架和自行制定的NRM元数据集，正文后三部分着重介绍了本系统的资源监测和评估模块、数据挖掘模块、用户信息反馈和交互模块的功能和实现机理。本文的结尾部分指出网络信息资源管理工作的核心。

| Abstract: | The background and significance of developing this system is presented in introduction. In the first two parts, the architecture and framework of this system and NRM self-established are described. In the last three parts, the function and realization mechanism about the model of resource supervision and evaluation, the model of data- mining and the model of users 'information feedback are emphatically expatiated. At the end, the kernel of network information resource management was expounded. |
