| 摘 要： | 以ILAS 5.0 系统为例, 试图分析有关图书馆自动化系统设计和实现方面的几个普遍性问题及其解决方案。认为多用户系统的菜单界面应设计为动态可变网络, 使不同级别、用途的用户只面对与自己相关的菜单选项, 以增加系统数据的安全可靠性。文章强调系统在接受ISBN 数据录入时应具有自动校验、分段识别功能, 并以210 出版者字段、200 字段中责任说明等的自动生成为例, 说明书目数据的“自动生成”应本着简便、科学的原则, 真正有利于减轻用户的劳动; 以200 字段责任说明为例, 详细分析了ILAS 系统处理西文文献(及其中译本) 时在MARC 格式方面存在的问题及其解决方法。而书本式目录的排序问题则表明系统提供的功能还应尽可能地符合大多数人的习惯用法。实际表明, 对CNMARC 作一些修改是必要的, 但必须在程序方面也作出相应的改变。最后, 文章还认为应给用户提供简单、可行的与外界进行数据交换的手段。

| Abstract: | Taking ILAS 5.0 developed by Shenzhen Library for example,this paper analyzes and solves several common problems related to the design and accomplishment of LAS(Library Automated System).First,the menu interface of the multi user LAS should be dynamic, Changeable in order to make each user at all levels see only the menuitem relating to his(her) sely.Second,“automatically producing” of bibliongraphic data should help lighten user's labour ,by adhering to the hanoly and scientiqic principles.Third,this author also analyzes and solves some prohlems in MARC form,emerging when ILAS processes the western-language literature,Next,ill funcfion provided by LAS must accond with the habit of most users.Funthermore,the modibying of CNMARC is essential,but relevant changes in the proaram of LAS have to be made accordingly .Last,LAS should provide a simple and feasible method of bibliogvaphic data exchange betineen the system and the external world. |
