| 摘 要： | 2017年10月16日，国家档案局发布《区域性国家重点档案保护中心建设与管理办法》，对我国区域性国家档案保护中心的建设起到了重要的指导和推进作用。本文在介绍该办法内容的基础上，分析了其主要特点和意义，并提出了改进该办法的建议，以期助力该办法的实施和修改完善。

| Abstract: | On October 16, 2017, the National Archives Administration issued the Measures for the Construction and Management of Regional National Key Archives Conservation Centers, which has played an important role in guiding and promoting the construction of regional national Archives conservation centers in China. On the basis of introducing the content of the regulations, this paper analyzes its main characteristics and significance,and puts forward some suggestions to improve it,in order to facilitate its implementation and modification. |
