| 摘 要： | 社会治理是国家治理体系的重要组成部分,标志着社会运行下的参与主体、管理手段、体制机制、治理模式等多方面的转变,理念与实践的重大变化必将对档案公共服务的模式、结构等带来深刻影响,从而催生档案公共服务方式的创新。文章首先分析当前档案公共服务的现状,从技术、公众、机构改革三方面探讨催生档案公共服务变革的动因,最后提出档案公共服务创新实践的路径,包括多方参与扩充资源基础、多元协同拓展服务空间、以人为本提供精细化服务三个层面。

| Abstract: | Social governance is an important part of the national governance system,which marks the transformation of the participating sub?ject,management means,institutional mechanism and governance model under the operation of soci?ety.The major changes in concept and practice will have a profound impact on the mode and structure of public service of archives,thus promoting the in?novation of public service of archives.This paper first analyzes the current situation of the public ser?vice of archives,discusses the causes of the trans?formation of the public service of archives from the three aspects of technology,public and institution?al reform,and finally puts forward the path of inno?vation and practice of the public service of ar?chives,including three levels:multi participation in expanding the resource base,multiple collaborative expansion of service space,and people-oriented provision of refined services. |
