| 5G通讯对舆情流动作用方式的新特征分析 |

| 摘 要： | 5G商用翩然将至,其高速率、高带宽和低延时的特性为新闻传播领域的变革提供强大动力。新的时代机遇使舆情监测和舆论引导也出现了新的现象,产生了新的问题。具体来说:由于技术保障提升,舆情事件进一步朝着全时段、即时性发展,这将进一步促动情绪传播的问题凸显。而V R、A R以及高清视频在进一步巩固人们的媒介化生存同时,也为舆情表达和监测提供了新的手段。技术在改造时空感受的同时,也使舆情发酵呈现出累计和对冲、衍生等多样式的动态变化。面临这些新的机遇和挑战,梳理新的媒介素养观念,强化对公众情绪控制和情绪合理表达的涵养教育;平衡算法与价值、个人需求与公共利益;坚持党管媒体都是5 G时代加强舆论引导和社会管理的重要抓手。

| Abstract: | 5G is about to be widely used for commercial purposes.This technology features high speed,high amplitude and low latency which can provide a powerful impetus for the transformation of the field of communication.New trends have led to new phenomena and new problems in public opinion monitoring and guidance.Specifically:through the improvement of technical support,the public opinion event is moving towards full—time and immediate development,which will further promote the issue of emotional communication.V R,AR and HD video will further deepen medialization,and provide new means for the public to express and the media to monitoring.While transforming time and space,technology also makes the development of big events goes in many styles such as transformation and hedging.Faced with these new possibilities and challenges,we should establish a new concept of media literacy,strengthen the education of public emotion control and emotional expression;carefully balance the relationship between algorithm and value,personal needs and public interest;In the 5G era,public opinion guidance and social management should still be carried out under the management of the government. |
