基层科技报告资源建设中元数据质量评估研究

摘    要:我国各级科技管理部门正积极推进国家科技报告资源建设工作。在这过程中,基层科研单位作为科技报告 资源建设的生产源头,是保证科技报告质量的关键环节,尤其是元数据质量建设起到十分重要的作用。为此,文章就 科技报告元数据项要素进行分析,对其元数据质量评估确定基本内容,提出从完整性、准确性和一致性等维度进行质 量评估。最后,以中国科学技术信息研究所内部约410份科技报告资源为例,通过调查统计、评估分析其元数据质量情 况。

Abstract:At present, China is working to promote the construction of national scientific and technical reports. In this process, the basic research units, as the source of scientific and technological report resources, play a very important role to ensure the quality of scientific and technical reports. This paper, analyzes the metadata elements of scientific and technological reports, and the basic content of metadata quality assessment from the aspects of completeness, accuracy and consistency. At last, the paper takes about 410 internal scientific and technical report resources of ISTIC as an example, surveys, statistics and evaluation of the metadata quality of these information resources, and hope that this method can facilitate the quality control of scientific and technical reports, evaluate and improve the quality management of basic research units.
