方式进行研究，并在理论上提出了电子政务知识管理的知识结构模型，从政务业务、知识形式、知识内容3 个维度进行
了精确刻画。

| Abstract: | Based on the E-government functions and business knowledge correlation analysis, knowledge form,
knowledge content, knowledge organization and knowledge utilization methods, of the electronic government affairs
are studied and puts forward government-oriented knowledge structure model from government, business, forms of
knowledge, knowledge content of three dimensions of the E-government knowledge structure model of the precise
portrait. |
