| 摘 要： | 重点节选了全国政协副主席、科技部部长万钢，财政部科文司司长赵路在中国科技资源共享网开通仪式上的重要讲话。万钢部长在讲话中回顾了我国国家科技基础条件平台建设的基本情况，为当前和今后一段时期内的平台建设提出4项具体的工作要求。赵路司长在讲话中指出平台建设工作已经取得了一些成绩，但还面临着很多挑战，今后的任务更加艰巨，最后提出平台建设的4项新的工作任务。

| Abstract: | This paper abridges the speech given by Wan Gang,Vice-chinaman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Ministry of Finace at the opening ceremony of China's national S&T Resources Sharing Network.In his speech,Minister Wan Gang retrospects to a basic condition of China's national S&T infrastructure platform construction and puts forward four concrete work requirements at present and in future.Zhao Lu,Chief of the Department, in view of the gained achievements,faced challenges and arduous task in the days to come,puts forward four new tasks platform construction. |
