| Abstract: | Researches on the obstacles of knowledge transfer have some theory values and practical meanings from social relationship perspective. The paper summarizes the four obstacles of social knowledge transfer, which are social psychological obstacle, the organization structure obstacle, the social environment obstacle and the deep inter-exchange obstacle. |
