| 摘 要： | 1851年1月11日（道光三十年十二月初十日)，洪秀全在广西桂平县金田村发动了武装起义，建号太平天国。1853年3月19日(咸丰三年二月初十日)攻克南京，定为都城，改称天京。太平天国革命的烈火，迅猛烧遍了大半个中国．清统治者为了维护自己的政权，调兵遣将进行军事围剿，后来还勾结外国侵略者“借师助剿”。同时在法制上实行“就地正法之制”。
