| 摘 要： | 近代商人组织的研究，已经成为史学界关注的热点课题，并取得了令人瞩目的进展。但关于该课题的讨论，主要集中在上海、天津、苏州等沿海城市，对内陆城市商人组织的研究明显不足。成都是中国内陆的中心城市，素以商业闻名，但关于成都商人组织的研究只有清末时期的商会略有涉及，而对清末民初成都工商同业组织的研究基本阙如。
