摘    要:读者满意度是体现图书馆服务水平及其影响力的一项重要指标。作者描述了图书馆读者满意度评价的现实背景,依据读者满意度测评特点,从图书馆的文献、人员、环境和设备等四个维度详细构建了图书馆读者满意度评价指标体系。并以湘潭大学图书馆为实证研究对象,运用层次分析法确定了指标体系的各项指标权重,依据模糊综合评价方法的相关理论进行了图书馆读者满意度测评分析。并在最后根据图书馆读者满意度测评结果提出了今后的改进建议,为图书馆读者满意度的测评提供新的可行性评价方法。

Abstract:Readers' satisfaction indicator is an important index to incarnate library serving level and its influence.Having presented real background of library reader satisfaction indicator appraisal,and based on appraisal characteristic of the indicator of readers' satisfaction as well,this paper constructs library readers' degree of satisfaction appraisal index system in detail from four dimensions as the literature,the personnel,the environment and the equipment of library.Taking the library of Xiangtan University as a demonstration object,this article confirms each index proportion in the system by means of Analytic Hierarchy Process,analyzes library reader satisfaction indicator appraisal in Theory of Fuzzy Synthesis Appraisal,and finally puts forward suggestions for improvement aftertime according to the testing results of library readers' satisfaction,so as to provide a new feasible appraisal method in evaluating library readers' satisfaction indicator.
