| 摘 要： | 从信息生成的角度对实现电子政务个性化信息服务进行分析和探讨,提出将用户的信息需求直接纳入信息组成结构的思想,使政府信息资源在生成中就能反映用户个性化的信息需求。为此,本文建立了一种面向个性化信息需求的电子政务信息结构模型。该模型运用模块化的思想细分政府信息,通过建立标准数据元和非标准数据元的概念,确定出体现用户个性化需求的模块,从而实现了将用户信息需求纳入政府信息组成结构的目的,并结合实例分析了该模型的结构功能及应用方法。

| Abstract: | Analyzing and discussing the e-government personalized information service from the point of view of information production,this author argued that the personalized information requirements should be brought into the information component structure,and the information request can be reflected during the production of government information resource.So an e- government information structure model facing personalized service is established,which is used to divide the government information with modularization idea,by creating the concepts of standard and non-standard data element,the module with personalized request is specified,and thus the purpose is realized that bringing the user information demand into the e-government information resource component structure.Then an example is provided to illustrate the structural function and the application approach of this information structure model. |
