| 摘 要： | 信息化和经济全球化环境下的创新型国家建设,提出了面向企业创新发展的我国行业信息服务的变革和重组问题,要求创建与创新型国家建设相适应的行业信息服务制度.本文在国际化创新背景下,从行业信息服务的战略定位出发,分析美、欧、日发达国家的信息服务行业管理体制和国家创新发展体系、制度组织,立足于我国现实,在全面推进创新型国家制度变革中,突出科学研究与发展成果的产业化和行业经营管理创新需求,深化行业信息服务体制改革,实现行业信息化,根据需求导向下的信息服务转型和重组需要,提出了我国行业信息服务转型发展及其改革与重组对策.
