| 摘 要： | 在分析组织知识的存储状况和主题图结构的基础上 ,提出了一种基于主题图的组织知识的分布式存取架构 ,并且进一步给出了主题图的组织方式和使用方法 ,以及支持主题图的工作流程。依据提出的架构 ,易于实现组织知识的分布式存取和提高组织知识管理的有效性。最后给出一个实现架构的实例。

| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing the storage/retrieval instance of organizational knowledge and the structure of topic map, a framework for distributed storage/retrieval of organizational knowledge based on topic maps is presented. In the framework, the organizing and using of topic maps, and the workflow for supporting topic maps are also given. According to the model, it is easy to realize distributed storage/retrieval of organizational knowledge and can heighten the validity of knowledge management. Finally, a practical case study is given to illustrate the application of the proposed framework. |
