| 摘 要： | 信息高速公路建设引起一系列知识产权问题，并对传统知识产权制度产生重大影响。本文着重讨论了数据的网络传输引起的发表权、数字化技术引起的复制权、数据包装技术引起的数据库权、下载与印出引起的版权行使、虚拟图书馆引起的合理使用、全球通讯引起的跨国版权问题，以及我国在建立信息高速公路过程中解决知识产权问题的对策。
