| Abstract: | In the light of Information Index, the author of this paper made the preliminary measure about Hebei information index. In the light of Porat's method, the scale and structure of information industries were analysed. In the light of Brown's Exponentiat Smoothing, a brief forecasting analysis was made. Analysis and proposals in the paper are of great value to Hebei information industry devlopment. |
