| 摘 要： | 作为竞争情报的一个分支,技术竞争情报正成为国内学界关注的热点领域。而且随着我国政府大力提倡企业成为技术创新的主体、发展自主知识产权,技术竞争情报在其中的价值将得到很好的体现。因此,作为情报研究人员,需要对其进行深入的研究,为企业应用提供理论指导。为此,本文试图对国内外技术竞争情报的理论和实践做一比较全面的梳理,并在此基础上提出对技术竞争情报发展前景的一些展望。 |

| Abstract: | As a subset of competitive intelligence,the competitive technical intelligence is becoming the hot topic in the domestic academia.Along with the government's advocating of enterprises to be the main body of technological innovation and developing self-owned intellectual property rights is emphasized,the value of competitive technical intelligence will be well realized.Hence as researchers of information study we need to delve into the area and provide the theoretical guidance to the enterprises.Therefore the article attempts to sum up theories and practices in the area of competitive technical intelligence based on which the prospect of competitive technical intelligence is put forward. |
