| 摘 要： | 本文基于对国外信息素质 (InformationLiteracy)研究及相关教育活动发展的回顾 ,探讨了在当代信息环境下开展信息素质 (IL)教育对中国的现实意义 ;并结合对IL教育内涵及我国相关教育发展现状和所存在问题的分析 ,对推进中国的IL教育提出若干建议 ,还进一步探讨了实施IL教育的教学目标、教学内容、教学组织和课件开发等具体问题。

| Abstract: | Based on the comprehensive survey,analysis,and discussion on the information literacy study and information literacy education development in foreign countries,this paper is to explore the implications of IL education with regard to the development of China in the context of an information society.The paper also intends to analyze the current status and problems of research and development in the process of educational reform,quality education,and informatization of education,and to make relevant recommendations for the promotion of IL education in China.In addition,the paper further explores some specific details in implementing IL education in current information environment,such as determination of objectives,designing of the contents and course structure,organization of the teaching process,and the development of courseware for Web based instruction etc. |
