| 摘 要： | 企业行动者个人人际网络中的结构洞可以为行动者带来信息与控制优势,从而有利于组织创新以赢得竞争。本文正是以结构洞理论为基础,研究了一个计算机辅助的个人人际网络分析系统。该系统运用矩阵分析算法和网络图技术,通过分析现实竞争环境中企业行动者的个人人际网络结构,识别网络中的结构洞并提交分析报告,能辅助企业行动者利用其人际网络和结构洞优势来获取更有效的信息资源,从而不断实现各方面创新,为企业赢得竞争优势。

| Abstract: | The structural holes of an enterprise actor's egocentric network may bring him the superiority of information and control and then the enterprise can take this advantage to gain competitions. So this article bases on the structural holes theory and discusses a computer-aided egocentric network analysis system which uses the matrix analysis algorithm and the network graph technology. Through analyzing the enterprise actor's egocentric network, this system can discern the structural holes of the network and then submit a report to aid the enterprise actor to make good use of his social network. |
