| 摘 要： | 二八法则是经济领域普遍存在的一项规律,具有重要的管理学意义.本文通过对1978～2004年中、印两国各自的国际合著论文进行科学计量,发现我国的国际科学合作经过改革开放的5年发展,逐渐遵从二八法则,印度的国际科学合作则一直符合二八法则,进一步验证了二八法则的普遍性,讨论了中、印国际科学合作的伙伴结构和我国国际科学合作中存在的问题,为我国未来的国际科学合作提出了建议.
