| 摘 要： | 文章提出了信息服务人才培养由文献整理型向知识传播型模式转型的论点，提出了转型过程中的专业重组、知识结构与课程体系重组的改革策略，并对信息服务人才培养目标、知识体系、课程设置模式及信息服务教育形象和方法体系进行了阐述。
