| 摘 要： | 如何根据不同用户的个人特点和所承担的工作任务,产生用户知识需求,通过集成管理来实现知识源的统一处理,获取相应的知识,并将其提供给用户是知识集成研究的关键问题.本文基于企业知识的形成过程,提出了一个知识源、知识过程以及知识应用三维的企业知识集成体系结构.从不同单元系统知识存储介质角度研究知识源的集成,提出了同构协同存贮集成与异构协同存贮集成两种形式.知识过程的集成体现在两个方面,一是知识的传递过程,二是知识与业务过程的集成.知识应用维集成主要以系统功能集成为核心,通过不同应用系统之间功能的优化重组,实现同构与异构系统的分布式集成,提供给用户一个统一的知识集成界面.
