| 摘 要： | 本文分析了中文域名信息资源管理与保护的现状 ,从技术效率层面和权利价值层面着手 ,提出了中文域名信息资源管理与保护五大对策 :(1)要拥有中文域名的主权 ;(2 )简化中文域名注册手续 ;(3)完善中文域名预留制度 ;(4 )打击中文域名恶意抢注 ;(5 )正确处理中文域名争议。
