| 摘 要： | 知识管理是现代企业关注的热点,围绕知识的创新、加工、传播、共享和应用而展开的研究日益增多,在许多领域都取得了巨大的进展。然而,针对企业质量管理的相关知识管理系统的研究尚处于起步阶段,尤其是从整个企业层面上的研究更为罕见。为此,本文从企业质量知识管理的需求分析出发,给出了基于语义Web的质量知识管理系统的体系结构,并从B S模式的三层结构(表示层、业务层和数据层)及其关系进行了阐述;进而,从质量知识的加工和应用角度,提出了语义Web的质量知识管理的两个基本模型,分析了其中的关键技术,为企业质量知识管理系统的进一步开发提供了理论指导

| Abstract: | Knowledge management is one of the most important topics in the modern enterprises. Research on knowledge innovation, acquisition, diffusion, share and application is increasing, and great progress has been made in many domains. However, research on knowledge management system relevant to enterprsie quality management is still in the beginning stage. Especially, research from the view of the whole enterprise layer is fewer and no. For this reason, this paper begins with requirement analysis of enterprise quality knowledge management,presents the system structure of quality knowledge management based on semantic web, and expounds the three layers structure (representation layer, business layer and data layer) and its relationship of B/S (Browser and Server) mode. And further, two basic models of quality knowledge management based on semantic web are presented, and its key techiques are analyzed. Based on this theory, we develop the quality knowledge manangement system. |
