| 摘 要： | 随着Internet的不断普及和发展 ,其应用也不断深入、广泛。目前 ,基于Internet的网络出版方兴未艾 ,其中免费网络杂志的流行和发展尤其引人注目。本文介绍网络杂志的内涵、类型 ,描述和分析了我国免费网络杂志的现状、订阅方法 ,探讨了我国中文免费网络杂志的特点和存在的问题 ,指出免费网络杂志正逐步成为网络出版的生力军

| Abstract: | The Free Electronic Journals (The Free E\|journals) are important information resources on Internet.In the paper,The concept,connotation and types of the Free E\|journal are presented.The situation,predominance and problems of the Free E\|journals in China nowadays are analyzed and explained.The methods of subscribing the Free E\|journals are considered.According to the future and tendency of the Free E\|journal,the authors indicate that the Free E\|journal is a special form of communication and will be the main trend of Internet\|based publication. |
