| 摘 要： | 反竞争情报研究作为竞争情报的另一面,应该受到情报学界、咨询界和企业界的密切关注。本文指出了企业竞争情报和反竞争情报整合的必要性,探索性地对企业竞争情报和反竞争情报的整合机制进行了研究。探讨了企业竞争情报和反竞争情报的关系、竞争情报和反竞争情报整合的原理及其目标,并提出了将二者有机整合的架构和具体整合方法。

| Abstract: | Counterintelligence, the other side of CI coin, it deserves close care coming from the informatics professionals, enterprises and consulting firms. This article points out the necessity and significance of the integration of CI and counterintelligence in Chinese enterprises. The author discusses the mechanism of the organic integration of CI and counterintelligence in enterprises, which includes the relationship, the goal and the elements of the integration, and brings forward the model and means for the integration. |
